Job Summary
Providing first-tier IT support for colleagues and patients, the full-time remote Support Desk Specialist will assist with break/fix issues, inquiries, and requests while optimizing IT systems and documenting communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve basic technical support issues via multiple channels
- Document and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients regarding IT inquiries
- Optimize IT systems to enhance overall service delivery
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 1 year of customer service, healthcare, or information technology experience preferred
- 1 year of experience with Active Directory, VMWare, Epic, and/or ServiceNow preferred
