Support Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Development Engineer to assist the Engineering department as it scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify root causes of technical issues and respond to production issues
• Configure programs and data flows between the company and its partners, and build dashboards for data insights
• Debug reported issues, contribute bug-fix PRs, and maintain Python scripts for data migrations and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with debugging issues using tools like AWS Cloudwatch, Sentry, or Datadog
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python
• Familiarity with Fullstack web development and the AWS ecosystem
• Understanding of code versioning concepts and experience with tools like git
• Experience working with 3rd Party APIs using Postman
