Job Summary

Joining a dynamic support team, the full-time Associate Support Enablement Analyst will provide technical support to customers, diagnose technical issues, and manage customer expectations in a remote setting across the USA.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email through a ticketing system
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating to internal teams as necessary
  • Document customer interactions and manage expectations while meeting SLA response and resolution targets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years of related technical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
