Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Enablement Lead to oversee the enablement strategy for their support organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-own the enablement roadmap for onboarding and ongoing training of the support team
- Guide and mentor Support Enablement Specialists and QA Specialists in their daily tasks
- Design and oversee a structured onboarding program and maintain a library of enablement resources
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in support enablement or a related role within a technical SaaS environment
- Experience mentoring or guiding others in a senior individual contributor capacity
- Demonstrated ability to own an end-to-end enablement strategy
- Strong instructional design instincts and familiarity with support workflows
- Data-driven approach to program improvement and defining success metrics
