Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Enablement Lead to oversee the enablement strategy for their support organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-own the enablement roadmap for onboarding and ongoing training of the support team
  • Guide and mentor Support Enablement Specialists and QA Specialists in their daily tasks
  • Design and oversee a structured onboarding program and maintain a library of enablement resources
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in support enablement or a related role within a technical SaaS environment
  • Experience mentoring or guiding others in a senior individual contributor capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to own an end-to-end enablement strategy
  • Strong instructional design instincts and familiarity with support workflows
  • Data-driven approach to program improvement and defining success metrics
