- Ensure support readiness for product changes by translating updates into actionable guidance
- Set standards for quality and decision-making, coaching agents through complex cases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Support Enablement, Support Operations, or related fields
- Proven experience collaborating with Product teams
- Experience in scaling enablement in fast-paced environments
- Ability to influence without authority and balance customer empathy with business needs
- Experience enabling a global or remote support team is a plus
