  • Ensure support readiness for product changes by translating updates into actionable guidance
  • Set standards for quality and decision-making, coaching agents through complex cases
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Support Enablement, Support Operations, or related fields
  • Proven experience collaborating with Product teams
  • Experience in scaling enablement in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to influence without authority and balance customer empathy with business needs
  • Experience enabling a global or remote support team is a plus
