Job Summary

To support a growing support function, the full-time remote Support Enablement Specialist will build and maintain enablement content, execute onboarding programs, and adapt training materials as the product evolves.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain enablement content across the full learning lifecycle, including onboarding curricula and process guides
  • Translate rapid product releases into clear, digestible learning content in various formats
  • Support the delivery of the onboarding program, tracking ramp progress and coordinating new hire schedules
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in support enablement or content creation within a technical SaaS environment
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Solid understanding of instructional design fundamentals
  • Experience adapting materials quickly in fast release cycles
  • Familiarity with support workflows for handling technical customer issues
