Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer cases and ensure prompt support within SLAs
  • Engage with customers to diagnose and resolve issues using a ticketing system
  • Contribute to the internal and external product knowledge base and assist in troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Interest in learning about open-source databases and related technologies
  • Experience in supporting customers in a SaaS environment
  • Basic-level knowledge of Linux and networking
  • Familiarity with at least one public cloud service (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Willingness to collaborate and learn from colleagues
