Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer cases and ensure prompt support within SLAs
- Engage with customers to diagnose and resolve issues using a ticketing system
- Contribute to the internal and external product knowledge base and assist in troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Interest in learning about open-source databases and related technologies
- Experience in supporting customers in a SaaS environment
- Basic-level knowledge of Linux and networking
- Familiarity with at least one public cloud service (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Willingness to collaborate and learn from colleagues
