Job Summary

Providing remote technical support to enterprise customers, the full-time Support Engineer will diagnose complex database issues, collaborate with various teams, and enhance support processes while working within a structured schedule that includes on-call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver email and live technical support for complex technical issues and critical outages
  • Identify product issues, perform QA, and submit bug reports or feature requests to engineering teams
  • Collaborate with software developers and technical account managers to keep teams informed about customer issues
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experience
  • Experience with MySQL or similar databases and SQL Query Optimization
  • Solid sysadmin/QA/Testing skills, including familiarity with Linux and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in a scripting or coding language such as Python, Bash, or Go
  • Understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
