Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate recovery efforts for production processes, SLA's, and client satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between technical and operational teams, troubleshooting application support and file processing issues
  • Monitor support ticket queue, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with appropriate teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications software
  • Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools
  • Experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MS Access, DB Management tools, PowerShell, Bash or VB scripting, and Java EE and/or .NET frameworks
  • Familiarity with medical claims processing and practices is a plus
