Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
Install software or perform hardware testing remotely
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities

Required Qualifications:

7-10 years' experience required
3 years of Previous Dynamics Finance operations (dynamics AX) experience working with Dual write, performance or upgrades
3 years of experience with Customer service experience
3 years of experience with analyzing SQL queries and query plans
Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent training required
