Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to maintain data infrastructure and ensure customer satisfaction.

Utilize the System Health framework to proactively address production failures
Diagnose and troubleshoot workflow incidents while providing technical assistance to customers
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex problems and contribute to process improvements

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in SQL and Linux is required; experience with Python is highly preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Platform, and BigQuery is desired
Understanding of data transfer methodologies including FTP/SFTP and modern API-based approaches
Familiarity with operating systems and networking concepts
