Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to assist in managing recovery efforts for production processes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and operational teams to troubleshoot application support and file processing issues
  • Monitor support ticket queue and independently troubleshoot technical issues while documenting processes for future reference
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent training
  • 3-5+ years of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node Windows or Linux environments
  • Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools
  • Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment
