Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the resolution of assigned customer issues from end to end
  • Research and resolve a diverse range of technical customer issues using the codebase
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver effective technical support
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, such as support engineer or software engineer
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with modern programming languages, such as Go or JavaScript
  • Proficiency in front and back end technologies
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot technical issues independently
