Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to improve product integrity and reliability through technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated by support teams
  • Manage escalated support tickets to ensure compliance with internal SLAs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with React and building modern front-end applications
  • 3+ years of experience with Laravel and PHP
  • Proficiency in working with REST APIs and deployment tools
  • Experience writing unit and/or integration tests
  • Familiarity with API integrations and troubleshooting tools like Zapier
