Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to maintain and enhance a medical image viewer application used in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, maintenance, and limited development for the medical image viewer application
• Evaluate technical approaches and present recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with departments and vendor teams to ensure system performance and uptime

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience (including 1 year of technical experience) or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience (including 1 year of technical experience)
• Programming experience in Java and Python
• Broad technical background including SQL and data warehousing
• Experience supporting complex systems and applications
• Exposure to healthcare technology environments
