Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for AVD environments.

Key Responsibilities

Aid in deploying AVD environments and collaborate with clients to assess infrastructure needs
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during AVD deployments
Demonstrate technical expertise in Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
