Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer I who will provide technical assistance and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial contact with customers via phone, email, or remote access, addressing inquiries and ensuring excellent service
  • Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software licensing, installation, configuration, and operation
  • Monitor assigned customer queues, respond to meet SLAs, and escalate urgent issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of Technical Support work experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • General Operating System Knowledge
  • General Networking Knowledge
  • General Software Knowledge (Installation, Configuration, Migration, Removal)
