Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer focused on backend production support and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve production incidents and customer escalations
• Debug backend issues in Python/Django and manage PostgreSQL database state
• Write and execute Python scripts and SQL for data remediation and repairs

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of production experience with Python and Django (or equivalent frameworks)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL
• Ability to debug server-side code and analyze logs
• Familiarity with Git workflows and basic CI/CD concepts
• Experience in a customer support function, with a focus on safety and compliance
