Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer who can navigate a complex and dynamic environment while providing software support services for real-time systems used by Telecommunication Service Providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of support incidents and utilize available resources to resolve them
- Continuously improve work quality through feedback and coaching from ticket reviews
- Participate in emergency call rotations, requiring 24/7 availability every few weeks
Required Qualifications and Education
- 2-3 years of experience in a telco technical role, preferably in Support/Managed Services
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix platform administration
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Ability to take emergency shifts every few weeks
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
