Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer who can navigate a complex and dynamic environment while providing software support services for real-time systems used by Telecommunication Service Providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of support incidents and utilize available resources to resolve them
  • Continuously improve work quality through feedback and coaching from ticket reviews
  • Participate in emergency call rotations, requiring 24/7 availability every few weeks
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2-3 years of experience in a telco technical role, preferably in Support/Managed Services
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix platform administration
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Ability to take emergency shifts every few weeks
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
