Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide consultative technical support and enhance customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Support's on-call rotation and manage technical customer issues to resolution
- Create technical content to capture best practices and grow customer relationships through trusted advice

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python
- Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning pipeline practices
- Experience in contextual problem solving and workload management
- Ability to build relationships and manage sensitive issues effectively
