Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers through a live chat system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer-reported issues and resolve them
  • Research and troubleshoot to identify solutions for customer problems
  • Provide accurate feedback and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams


Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills
  • Experience in online customer service
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, and CDN
  • Understanding of WordPress, including its database and file structure
  • Comfortable navigating within a command line environment
