Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer (PST) to help build out their support organization and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating a world-class support experience through daily client interactions
- Troubleshooting complex technical errors and providing clear feedback to engineers
- Proactively developing product expertise and collaborating with Product Managers
Required Qualifications

- Ability to provide feedback and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer support or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with technical troubleshooting is beneficial
