Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating a world-class support experience through daily client interactions
  • Troubleshooting complex technical errors and providing clear feedback to engineers
  • Proactively developing product expertise and collaborating with Product Managers

  • Experience in customer support or related field is a plus
