Key Responsibilities

• Manage defects throughout the support lifecycle, including triaging and documenting for fixes
• Improve product documentation for internal and external users
• Collaborate with teams to build and enhance the automation testing suite and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Experience with production-level codebases and debugging legacy code
• Familiarity with programming tools such as Python (Django) and Typescript (React)
• Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest, Cypress, and React Testing Library
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide solutions
