Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or software development role

- Solid understanding of Python and familiarity with the Django web framework
- Experience with troubleshooting in a technical environment and familiarity with ticketing systems
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
