Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise customers across cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing issues related to cloud infrastructure and data access
  • Investigate and troubleshoot problems by analyzing logs and system metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges and improve service reliability
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of customer support engineering experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and major Infra/DevOps teams
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
