Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of its product for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and maintain RPA scripts for automating data entry into customer systems
  • Deploy, configure, and tune automations on customer Windows environments
  • Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, supporting the Customer Experience team with technical queries
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, QA automation, desktop support, or a similar technical role
  • Basic knowledge of Python scripting
  • Experience with Windows environments
  • Basic networking knowledge (HTTP/APIs, firewalls, VPNs, encryption basics)
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently
