Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of its product for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and maintain RPA scripts for automating data entry into customer systems
- Deploy, configure, and tune automations on customer Windows environments
- Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, supporting the Customer Experience team with technical queries
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, QA automation, desktop support, or a similar technical role
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting
- Experience with Windows environments
- Basic networking knowledge (HTTP/APIs, firewalls, VPNs, encryption basics)
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently
