Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure resolution
- Research and troubleshoot to identify solutions for customer issues
- Provide accurate feedback and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills
- Experience in online customer service
- Familiarity with Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching technologies
- Understanding of WordPress database and file structure
- Comfortable navigating command line environments
