Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer - US East (IC2).
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues and educate customers on product usage
- Contribute to product improvement and documentation based on customer feedback
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements for onboarding and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Working experience with Unix/Linux and/or Bash
- Experience with Kubernetes containerized solutions
- Strong understanding of databases, especially SQL
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
