Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT support when Level 1 and 2 teams cannot resolve issues
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into application behavior and code logic to determine root causes of incidents
  • Develop and implement code-level fixes for bugs within the .NET and React stack
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience, including two years with React and one year with .NET Core/C#
  • Advanced debugging and critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis
  • Interpersonal skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with HL7 or FHIR preferred
