Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tools and Support Engineer who is solution-focused and communicative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical deep dives into production issues to identify root causes and solutions

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a technical customer support role; software development experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills applicable to complex system scenarios
- Experience with interpreted languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript) and MySQL or similar databases preferred
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn technical concepts and development processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
