Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to deliver application support and maintenance for customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for web technologies and network protocols, troubleshooting web application frontends, APIs, and backends
- Write Linux/Unix commands and shell scripts for automation, log analysis, and system monitoring
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance productivity and improve customer self-service experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be a US Citizen/Resident or meet other FedRAMP requirements
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of support processes, including Incident Management and ticketing systems
