Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production support for software applications and resolve critical business issues
  • Debug and troubleshoot applications, analyzing logs and alerts using various monitoring tools
  • Collaborate in cloud deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in production support
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, and Azure; experience in Java/Python
  • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Flexible to work off hours, including weekends, and available for on-call support
