Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for software applications and resolve critical business issues
- Debug and troubleshoot applications, analyzing logs and alerts using various monitoring tools
- Collaborate in cloud deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in production support
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, and Azure; experience in Java/Python
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Flexible to work off hours, including weekends, and available for on-call support
