Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production support for software applications and resolve critical business issues
Debug and troubleshoot applications, analyzing logs and alerts using various monitoring tools
Collaborate in cloud deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in production support
4+ years of hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, and Azure; experience in Java/Python
2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
Flexible to work off hours, including weekends, and available for on-call support
