Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers through a live chat system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure resolution
  • Research and troubleshoot to identify solutions for customer problems
  • Provide accurate feedback and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills
  • Experience in online customer service
  • Technical knowledge of Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching
  • Understanding of WordPress and its common topics
  • Familiarity with command line environments and file management
