Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Support Engineer will troubleshoot and manage technology issues, build client relationships, and contribute to internal documentation while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems
- Own client communication and manage expectations to ensure positive outcomes in every interaction
- Contribute to a knowledge base and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and internal processes
Required qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting skills for firewalls and switches
- A passion for excellent customer service and a proven ability to build trust
- Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
