Job Summary
Delivering Tier 3 technical support remotely, the full-time Support Engineer will manage incident resolution for the Disclosure Review Program System, perform root cause analysis, automate support tasks, and provide data analytics support to business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incidents by triaging requests and providing Tier 3 support, including code fixes and maintaining records in the Jira ticketing system
- Optimize the knowledge base and automate routine support tasks to enhance service efficiency and reduce ticket volume
- Provide ad hoc data analytics support and recommendations for technical decisions based on analysis of alternatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries on PostgreSQL databases
- Experience with application monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk
- Basic coding skills in Python, Java, React, or Spring Boot
- Familiarity with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow or Jira
