Job Summary

Delivering Tier 3 technical support remotely, the full-time Support Engineer will manage incident resolution for the Disclosure Review Program System, perform root cause analysis, automate support tasks, and provide data analytics support to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve incidents by triaging requests and providing Tier 3 support, including code fixes and maintaining records in the Jira ticketing system
  • Optimize the knowledge base and automate routine support tasks to enhance service efficiency and reduce ticket volume
  • Provide ad hoc data analytics support and recommendations for technical decisions based on analysis of alternatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries on PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk
  • Basic coding skills in Python, Java, React, or Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow or Jira
