Job Summary
Driving engineering solutions, the full-time Trading Platform Support Engineer will tackle complex trader-impacting issues by reproducing them, diagnosing code, and implementing permanent fixes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalations from reproduction through resolution, collaborating with engineers to implement fixes
- Lead investigations into distributed systems issues, responding to production incidents and conducting post-incident reviews
- Develop and maintain internal tooling and observability features to streamline investigations and reduce manual tasks
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end feature ownership
- Proficiency in C#/.NET for back-end development and working knowledge of React (TypeScript preferred) for front-end work
- Strong debugging skills in distributed systems and foundational SQL knowledge for operational data investigations
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Elasticsearch) and API log triaging
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting investigations for non-engineering stakeholders
