Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Support Engineer will resolve customer technical issues related to coding-focused and data integration products while providing world-class support through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SLA requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Code-1, VeriMove, and Finalist, including job logic and configuration problems
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on escalations and maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge base documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3-6+ years of experience in technical customer support or a related technical role
- Experience supporting Code-1, VeriMove, Finalist, or similar data processing and coding-centric products
- Familiarity with Spectrum UAM or Spectrum-based data integration solutions
- Exposure to SaaS platforms and API-based integrations
