Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Support Engineer will troubleshoot and manage technology solutions for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication while contributing to team knowledge and documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Microsoft technologies, Windows devices, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems
  • Own client communication, managing expectations and ensuring positive outcomes for every interaction
  • Manage ticket queues effectively, prioritizing tasks and handling escalations with confidence
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting firewalls and switches
  • Proven ability to create internal documentation that aids team development
  • Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
