Job Summary
Obsessed with problem-solving and delivering exceptional client experiences, the full-time remote Support Engineer will masterfully troubleshoot technology issues, own client communication, and manage ticket queues while contributing to a knowledge base and collaborating with the team.
Key responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems
- Own client communication, building rapport and ensuring positive outcomes in every interaction
- Manage ticket queues effectively, prioritizing tasks and handling warm transfer escalations confidently
Required qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi
- A passion for excellent customer service and a proven ability to build trust
- Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
