Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer 4 to join their Customer Support team for Cloud products and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely technical support for Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, resolving customer queries through various channels
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to Defender for Cloud and Sentinel deployments
  • Guide customers in the implementation and configuration of Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, ensuring alignment with security best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a tech support role
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and knowledge of Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, or Log Analytics
  • Strong troubleshooting skills focused on cloud-based security solutions
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
