Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer 4 to join their Customer Support team for Cloud products and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support for Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, resolving customer queries through various channels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to Defender for Cloud and Sentinel deployments
- Guide customers in the implementation and configuration of Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, ensuring alignment with security best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a tech support role
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and knowledge of Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, or Log Analytics
- Strong troubleshooting skills focused on cloud-based security solutions
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
