Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the technical infrastructure for diagnosing and resolving platform issues
• Design and validate automated workflows and content paths for fast, accurate support responses
• Develop internal tools and dashboards to enhance agent visibility into system performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Support Engineering, DevOps, or Full-stack role
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and scalable system design
• Proven track record of designing and documenting technical processes or automation
