Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Support Engineer - Blue Prism, this role will manage the support, maintenance, and evolution of production Blue Prism environments for enterprise clients, collaborating with architects and database teams to ensure stable operations and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Blue Prism environments, diagnosing and resolving customer-reported issues
- Coordinate with database teams for SQL Server upgrades and support the setup of reporting databases
- Act as a trusted technical contact for clients, clearly communicating issues and remediation steps
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Blue Prism in production environments
- Solid understanding of Blue Prism architecture and experience with upgrades and patching cycles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and basic query writing
- Experience with Windows Server administration, including log analysis and basic scripting
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
