Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer, Shared Services, Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to resolve escalated issues and provide 24/7 support
• Monitor production systems for performance, availability, and reliability, and manage incidents
• Develop and maintain monitoring systems, scripts, and tools for system management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, production support, or system administration
• Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix CLI and basic scripting in Bash or Python
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and basic SQL query writing
