Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Support Engineer for Blue Prism, the full-time remote position will manage the operational support, maintenance, and evolution of production Blue Prism environments for enterprise clients, collaborating closely with architects and database teams to ensure stability and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Blue Prism environments, diagnosing and resolving issues across various components
- Coordinate with database teams for SQL Server upgrades and support the configuration of reporting databases
- Act as a trusted technical contact for clients, communicating effectively about issues and remediation steps
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Blue Prism in production environments
- Solid understanding of Blue Prism architecture, including Application Server and database dependencies
- Experience planning and executing Blue Prism upgrades and patching cycles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server administration
- Experience in support or managed services environments with the ability to manage competing priorities
