Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer II to assist with technical customer support and infrastructure debugging.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer support requests and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with the developer team to translate customer challenges into actionable items
- Engage in daily meetings to discuss customer issues and task progress
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, GoLang, Ruby, or Bash
- Knowledge of internet core protocols such as DNS, TCP/SSL, and HTTP
- Experience with Ethereum JSON RPC specification
- Proficiency in maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform and optionally Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or Chef
- Expertise in managing Linux hosts and proactive monitoring systems
