Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer II to assist with technical customer support and infrastructure debugging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer support requests and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with the developer team to translate customer challenges into actionable items
  • Engage in daily meetings to discuss customer issues and task progress
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced scripting skills in Python, GoLang, Ruby, or Bash
  • Knowledge of internet core protocols such as DNS, TCP/SSL, and HTTP
  • Experience with Ethereum JSON RPC specification
  • Proficiency in maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform and optionally Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or Chef
  • Expertise in managing Linux hosts and proactive monitoring systems
