Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer 2 to ensure customers realize value from their Supply Chain Planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in collaboration with global operations teams
- Support the rollout and implementation of Supply Chain Planning solutions to meet business requirements
- Provide ongoing solution/product support for SaaS customers on Azure during and after implementation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles for supply chain solution implementation or support
- Experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with DevOps operations and cloud-hosted environments, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; Master's degree preferred
- Understanding of industry verticals such as High Tech, Consumer Goods, Retail, Biotech, Healthcare, and Manufacturing
