Support Engineer III

Job Summary

As a senior-level technical resource, the full-time hybrid Support Engineer III will provide remote installation support, system commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and service for enterprise security and life safety systems while acting as a subject matter expert for integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for installation, configuration, and commissioning of security and life safety systems
• Configure and program enterprise security platforms, ensuring optimal system performance and integration
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through remote support tools and coordinate with field personnel

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3-5+ years of experience in the security integration industry, with hands-on experience in enterprise security systems
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise security platforms such as Genetec, LenelS2, and Milestone
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, Windows server environments, and database management
• Familiarity with remote access and remote support technologies
