Job Summary

Providing reliable L2 support coverage for Brazilian clients, the full-time Support Engineer L2 will investigate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring high standards of communication and service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure L2 support for Brazilian client Itau during BRT hours while balancing workload with the team
  • Independently investigate and resolve customer issues, reproducing complex scenarios using various technologies
  • Extend support to other Americas-based customers as capacity allows, maintaining clear communication
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Proficient in a major programming language, preferably Python
  • Strong expertise in AWS and experience with Docker and IaC tools like Terraform
  • Proficiency with Git and experience in CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese
