Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer-Level 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate requirements, proposing high-level design and technical solutions
  • Collaborate with support and development teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Mentor Tier 1 Service Desk staff and junior developers on technical guidelines and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or equivalent experience
  • Post-secondary education in computer science, software development, or equivalent
  • Experience in developing software applications and building complex systems
  • Familiarity with HL7 (V2, FHIR), Hibernate, Spring, REST web services, and Git is an asset
