Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer-Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate requirements, proposing high-level design and technical solutions
- Collaborate with support and development teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues
- Mentor Tier 1 Service Desk staff and junior developers on technical guidelines and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development or equivalent experience
- Post-secondary education in computer science, software development, or equivalent
- Experience in developing software applications and building complex systems
- Familiarity with HL7 (V2, FHIR), Hibernate, Spring, REST web services, and Git is an asset
