Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer (US, Remote) position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting customer-reported issues by diagnosing and escalating problems
  • Interacting with customers to understand and address their problems effectively
  • Creating and maintaining documentation to assist customers in resolving common issues independently

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Support, Data Analysis, Cloud Support, or Technical Support, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, determination, and independence in problem-solving
  • Affinity for technology, interest in reproducing and testing results, and patience with customers
  • Experience supporting .NET Core applications, web hosting infrastructures, backend databases, REST APIs, and Postman
  • Technical skills in SQL/MongoDB servers, FHIR, Kubernetes, and cloud application problems
